Your data,
mapped clearly.
This notice identifies the account, play, preference and technical information used to keep your calling card and ledger working.
Account information
A calling card can include the display name and email address you submit, a generated member reference, the selected access method and an account-creation timestamp. For password-based access, the interface keeps a derived verification value rather than intentionally retaining the password you type as readable text.
Ledger and play information
Your ledger can contain the Signal Credit balance, spin and win totals, visited rooms, assignment status, daily-note date, display name, reminder preference and selected credit boundary. These fields restore continuity and keep related screens consistent.
Why the information is used
Account information is used to verify sign-in details, associate the correct calling card with its ledger and restrict live game controls to signed-in members. Play information is used to update Signal Credits, calculate assignment progress, display activity totals and remember selected boundaries.
Technical delivery information
When a page is requested, the hosting and network layer may receive standard delivery information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, response status and timestamp. This information may be required for routing, availability, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
Cookies and similar technology
Essential storage may be used to maintain sign-in continuity, remember interface choices and support core account functions. Optional advertising and analytics storage are not activated. Additional details are provided in the Cookie Policy.
Services and disclosure
Inside Trading Talks does not sell account or play information. No advertising or analytics measurement is activated. Typeface files are requested from Google Fonts, whose delivery systems may receive ordinary network-request information under Google’s own terms.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the experience, maintain security, resolve a request and meet applicable obligations. Records that are no longer required should be removed or anonymised where appropriate.
Your controls
You can change your display name, reminder preference and credit boundary from My Ledger. Browser privacy controls can also restrict or remove site data; doing so may sign you out, reset preferences or interrupt continuity features.
Age boundary and contact
The experience is intended for adults aged 19 and over and is not directed to children. For an access, correction, deletion or privacy question, contact privacy@insidetradingtalks.com and provide only the details needed to identify your request.
