Keep the session
in its proper place.

Social play should remain optional entertainment. These practical boundaries help keep time, attention and fictional credits in perspective.

01

Decide before you begin

Choose a finish time before entering a room and record a reminder preference in your ledger. Treat the setting as a personal boundary, check the clock independently and stop when the planned session ends.

02

Credits are not money

Signal Credits cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for goods or money. Changing the credit setting changes the size of displayed results, not their real-world value.

03

Understand random outcomes

Each completed round stands on its own. A previous result does not make a future win more likely, and a sequence does not reveal a profitable pattern. Social-game outcomes do not predict results in real-money gambling or financial markets.

04

Watch for warning signs

Step away if play affects sleep, mood, work or relationships; if you repeatedly extend a planned session; if you chase an earlier result; or if stopping feels difficult. Hiding activity or using play to escape distress are also reasons to pause.

05

Use visible boundaries

Your ledger lets you record a reminder preference and a fictional-credit boundary. These choices are prompts for reflection rather than financial safeguards. A separate timer, device limit or calendar reminder can provide an additional stopping cue.

06

Take meaningful breaks

Close the game, move to another activity and avoid immediately reopening the same room. For a longer pause, sign out and remove the site from bookmarks or device shortcuts. A break does not require completing an assignment or recovering credits first.

07

Protect younger people

Inside Trading Talks is intended only for adults aged 19 and over. Do not share account access with a minor, and use device-level parental controls where a shared device could otherwise provide access.

08

When extra support helps

If play is causing distress, speak with someone you trust or an independent health professional. For an account or Player Care question, use the Support page or write to support@insidetradingtalks.com. If there is an immediate risk to health or safety, contact local emergency services.
