The terms of
the night exchange.
These terms define eligibility, account responsibilities, fictional-credit rules and acceptable use across Inside Trading Talks.
Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old, have legal capacity to accept these terms and use the site only where access is lawful. By creating an account or entering a game room, you confirm that these requirements are satisfied.
Social play only
The experience does not accept deposits, purchases or wagers of money and does not award cash, merchandise or anything redeemable for value. Signal Credits are fictional entertainment units: they are not currency, property, a financial product or evidence of ownership.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate access details, keep credentials private and do not allow another person to use your calling card. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should sign out on devices you do not control.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, manipulate stored records, automate play, probe the code for harmful purposes, introduce malicious software, overload the site, impersonate another person or use the service to violate rights or applicable law.
Game results and credits
Displayed results are generated for entertainment and do not represent financial odds, investment performance or a prediction of future outcomes. Credit balances and rewards may be corrected where an error, corrupted record or prohibited manipulation affects the displayed state.
Availability and changes
Collections, game rules, assignments, presentation and fictional-credit values may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. Access may be restricted for maintenance, security, misuse, legal requirements or protection of other users.
Intellectual property
The site design, interface, text, illustrations, names, audio-visual presentation and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A limited, revocable right is granted for personal, non-commercial use; no ownership rights are transferred.
Third-party services
The site may request resources supplied by third parties, such as web fonts. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or interface reference does not imply that a third party sponsors every part of the experience.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The experience is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and updates
